Four Quadrant Model

Abstract: This model describes levels of integration in terms of primary care complexity and risk and MH/SU complexity and risk.


Four Quadrant Model (PPT)

The Four Quadrant Clinical Integration Model describes levels of integration in terms of primary care complexity and risk and MH/SU complexity and risk.  The four quadrant model is a popular way to measure a facility's level of integration.  The National Council for Behavioral Health developed the Four Quadrant Model in 2006 and it was updated in 2009.
