About the Speaker:
National Empowerment Center
Dr. Fisher is a person with lived experience of mental health recovery who has worked as a psychiatrist in all possible parts of the system for 30 years, and has also run the National Empowerment Center at TAC exploring ways to implement recovery in behavioral health. He will draw on his experience to facilitate dialogue about how improve mutual understanding and interactions between those from the peers/recovery world and the provider/clinical world.
