This second webinar continues to explore Consumer Engagement Strategies. During this webinar, William Dean and other subject matter expert faculty will offer guidance on how to meaningfully engage consumers using town hall-style Member Meetings, including the benefits and return on investment, a step-by-step planning process, recruitment strategies, and the advocate/provider/community partnerships that optimize the opportunity to obtain feedback from diverse groups of consumers, caregivers and family members.
